TAC Programs - High School

Intensive program structured for the serious High School athlete preparing for a higher level of competition. Our individualized program will enhance the physical qualities required to demonstrate excellence in sports.  Participants can expect to enhance all aspects of their athleticism including: speed, strength, power, and agility.

Program Specifics
Spring
() April 15-May 29
() Athletes train 2 days/week on Tuesday & Thursday
() Training time= 6:30-8pm
() Training week consists of:

  () 2 Speed/Agility & Strength/Power Development sessions lasting approximately 1.5 hours
   
Summer
() June 16-August 22

() Athletes train 4 days/week with an optional 5th day

  () 3 Speed/Agility/Conditioning & Strength/Power Development
sessions lasting approximately 2 hours

  () 1 Regeneration Session (yoga / massage therapy)
