Intensive program structured for the serious High School athlete
preparing for a higher level of competition. Our individualized program will
enhance the physical qualities required to demonstrate excellence in sports. Participants
can expect to enhance all aspects of their athleticism including: speed, strength,
power, and agility.

Athletes train 4 days/week
Training week consists of:
4 Speed/Agility/Conditioning & Strength/Power Development
sessions lasting approximately 2 hours
